ABOUT West River Holdings West River Holdings was formed in early 2007 in order to pursue a series of high-end projects. Rather than consult organizations for a fee, the company's focus is solely centered on developing its own internal projects in which it operates as the primary owner/developer in partnership with outside "accredited" investors, usually via the formation of hybrid Limited Partnerships.

"Investor First" Philosophy
What differentiates West River from other organizations is the manner in which the company intends to structure its partnerships. In addition to presenting a solid project investment opportunity, West River's partnership packages are geared towards providing investors with benefits not currently available with standard Limited Partnerships including a mathematically certain percentage return of principal unrelated to the project itself and the ability of owners of Rule 144 Restricted Stock to pay for partnership Units with their securities as opposed to cash.

In addition to financially engineering a more conservative investment structure, West River also focuses its efforts in areas that management believes offer the best opportunity to achieve overall profitability while still maintaining the mandatory safety elements. These areas include projects in the sports, entertainment and real estate industries and specific projects that promote the common good.
Finally, because we are not in the business of consulting other organizations we are better able to serve the needs of investors. We have the latitude to occasionally look for creative ways to accomplish goals. While we are all extremely conservative by nature, we also recognize that creativity is sometimes good and that it is impossible to achieve solid results without being entrepreneurial in spirit.

PRIMARY PROJECT
SPORTS FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
The Sports Facilities Development Limited Partnership, a joint venture partnership between West River Holding and Brailsford and Dunlavey (click Here for more information on B&D).
The partnership intends to focus on the development, planning, financing, constructing and operating (or selling) of a series projects in which a stadium, ballpark, arena or other public gathering facility will be the anchor or thematic core. It is contemplated that such projects will include a mix of residential, shopping, entertainment, hotel, office and other such mixed use components as appropriate to create a comprehensive and synergistic program responding to the local market and demographics, referred to as “Stadium Neighborhood Projects.” (See more by clicking on the Link below)
